Q - How do I place an order.

A - Or hand an order to our driver, the next                         time he delivers to you.

Q - Can the foil container be used in the                              microwave. ?

A - Yes but you must always follow the                                instructions, that we provide.

Q - How do I know when  the order will                              be delivered. ?

A - We normally deliver to different areas on set days,        unless we have been to you before, and a regular        time has been established, we will give you a time        when you place the order.                                             Important  - Please remember times are                        only approximate.

Q - What if I am not satisfied with the food. ?

A - In the unlikely event of this happening, you can be        confident that your complaint will be dealt with            promptly.

     If goods are returned you will be refunded.

Q - If my freezer breaks down and the meals defrost,          can I refreeze them. ?

A - No I am afraid that in this case, meals                            must always be discarded.
